This Wüsthof Silverpoint vegetable knife 8 cm is a practical and razor-sharp knife. This knife is great when peeling and cutting all types of vegetables or fruit. A real all-rounder in the kitchen! The blade is made from stainless steel and the ergonomically shaped handle is made from a top-quality type of synthetic plastic. Very hygienic and it offers you extra grip as you cut wet products. The plastic also ensures that the knives are dishwasher proof, but we do not recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher.
