“The Kai Shun Classic Wide Santoku Limited is an exclusive, slightly longer santoku with a higher blade. This limited edition combines the proven quality of Kai Shun knives with an attractive handle made of red pakka wood. Each knife is handcrafted, numbered and engraved with the production number; from 1 to 3000. It makes each knife unique. The handle is asymmetrically shaped for right-handed users, but lefties generally say it doesn’t really bother them.
